Lunch with Jessica Flannery, Co-founder and Director, KIVA

Date: February 12th, 2008

In Kiva's first two years of existence, more than 168,000 people have loaned more than $16 million to social entrepreneurs around the globe. A key to Kiva's explosive growth is the $25 minimum amount people can contribute for a loan, providing an opportunity for donors as young as school age children to make an impact. Kiva.org was the first to launch a peer-to-peer micro credit website. Come learn how two young MBAs developed an organization that is becoming a common name in the world of microfinance.
